Senior Pastor

Dr. David L. Fisher

The Rev. Dr. David Fisher has been ordained since 1988. He holds a Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Pastoral Counselling, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Church Leadership and Biblical Preaching. David is married to Melissa who serves on our Worship Team. Together they have a son named Jacob.

I have the distinct privilege of working with a group of people I love, and who have grown and continue to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. God’s given us a vision to be a health-healing church. For me that means to stick closely to what the Bible teaches, to rely on the Holy Spirit¹s leading, and to hang on tight because God is so full of surprises!

We are Congregational in our denominational affiliation; we are a group of less than 100 people of all ages praying, studying, serving, and of course worshipping God with sincere hearts. Our delight is to experience the Presence of God in our midst, and see God move in healing and transforming ways.

Melissa Fisher

The Lord is the light of my life! The most important thing to me is to serve him, especially through serving in His church.

Originally from the USA, married to Pastor David Fisher. Melissa’s area of passion is Women’s ministry, loves to sing and is a part of the Worship team.

Melissa loves horses and animals in general. Currently has a dog named Patrick.

Melissa enjoys many aspects of ministry and goes where God calls her.

In saying that, Melissa plays a huge role in CFC’s Outreach and is the Coordinator for Operation Christmas Child and the Baby Bottle Campaign for the Pregnancy Care Centre.

Hi my name is Susan Johnson. I have been the secretary at CFC going on 7yrs. Wow!

I love people, and love being a part of greeting all whom enter the church, and encouraging them in general.

Sandra Little

Sandra has been with the church since its start in 1988, and has been the janitor for over 20 years. During those 20 years Sandra has taken on many responsibilities during at the church. Sandra has greeted people at the door, sang on the Worship Team, helped in the kitchen and prepared coffee for Sunday morning, and Wednesday afternoon, ladies coffee. Sandra is known for making “the best coffee in Spruce Grove.” Everyone definitely appreciates her giving, sharing and loving heart.

Jim Little

Jim Little has been with CFC since its inception in 1988. He has taken on many leadership positions during that time including the building committee, facilities, communication, outreach, website, movie ministry and the Leadership board. He has blessed the church with his music on the worship team and the gospel group “Men of Faith” which was started as a men’s study group at CFC.
